Direct-to-Plate technology means your computer files go directly to press plate, eliminating the need for film. By eliminating the need for film and matchprints, we offer digital proofs that are right on the money because they’re precisely calibrated to the presses. Direct-to-Plate resources give you ensured consistency, value, the sharpest possible ink dot and smooth tints.
Once a plate is produced, the job goes immediately onto a high-speed, 4-color Heidelberg Speedmaster 52, or 5-color Speedmaster 74.
